I’m beyond honored to collaborate with a brilliant composer David Austin and librettist Alari Koel who are writing a new musical, The Innocence, with a tailored role for me in it. David has written 26 musicals; his latest, Beaches, will premiere on Broadway in the near future. Stephen Sondheim has called David the American musical theatre’s future. Alari is a soulful librettist who has taken on a mission to tell the world a story about Estonia.

I’m performing for the Estonian President!

I will be performing for the Estonian President, Mr. Toomas Hendrik Ilves, this September in New York. I wish his birthday was closer to the performance date so I could sing Marilyn Monroe’s “Happy Birthday Mr. President,” but unfortunately it isn’t. Oh well, I’ll find another song to surprise him and our audience!

Back to playing piano and singing!

A little more than a year ago I was inspired to get back in to playing piano after seeing “Once” on Broadway. I studied piano for 7 years, graduated Children’s Music School at the age of 14 and then never really played again because singing got my full attention.
